Good morning, Lord Jesus. You are my strength and my joy, my peace and my path. I arise to follow You in the steps of my day. ... You are my joy No matter where I stand No matter others' plans My joy is in You Lord You are my peace No matter what's going on No matter who's along My peace is in You Lord You are my strength No matter what I face No matter what comes my way My strength is in You Lord For You are all I need For You are all I seek All my life is in Your hands Yes, Lord. It's good to wake up singing a song of trust in Your joy and peace and strength in my spirit. It's good to know You've been with me through the night and You're still with me when I rise. For I am not alone; in my weakness I am strong, for my life is in Your hands. "But He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you for My power is made perfect in weakness.' So I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities for the sake of Christ; for whenever I am weak, then I am strong" (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). Soaking Prayer:"Soaking Prayer" is an opportunity for participants to rest quietly with soft music while they are silently prayed over by a small team of people. Persons who have experienced soaking prayer testify of feelings of great peace and significant encounters with Jesus. Prayer Team Ministry Personal prayer ministry using trained prayer teams will be provided as part of the day apart. Regardless of your need, you can come knowing that there will be an opportunity to receive personal prayer in an environment of loving care. Group Interaction Participants will be given the opportunity to reflect on scripture as our basis for discussion. We will share each other's desire to encounter God.
