Morning by Morning, February 9, 2026 — The Super Bowls of Heaven Good morning, Lord Jesus. Steady my spirit in Your embrace—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit of God. ... Much attention on the Super Bowl in our world draws my attention to the super “bowls” of Your heavenly realm: “Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints” (Revelation 5:8). “The prayers of the saints” have been rising to Heaven like incense, filling the “golden bowls.” The worship and the prayers are for the Lamb. You hear our prayers. And You store up our prayers. They are precious to You. Pleasing to You. And there will come a time when the bowls are full and its time to fulfill all that’s in Your heart according to Your Word. Give us grace to pray, according to Your will. Give us grace to wait, according to Your plan. Not passively sitting by, but actively engaged, fully alive, passionately praising and praying and pursuing Your kingdom and Your will in our world, as You taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done. On earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). We don’t see it yet, in its fullness. But we will. And so we pray. Looking forward to the day when the bowls are full for You to move in response to all that’s risen to You as a pleasing aroma of our worship and prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Morning by Morning, February 6, 2026 — “Divine Order” Good morning, Lord Jesus. Your name is above every name, and I declare Your name over my life, my day, and my world, to intentionally begin my day with You (Philippians 2:9). ... As I wait for the leading of Your Spirit, what I hear in my heart is “Divine Order.” ... And this Word: “Order my steps according to Your word, and let not any iniquity have dominion over me” (Psalm 119:133 MEV). In divine wisdom, according to Your divine ways, “order my steps,” Lord. “According to Your word” and directed by Your Spirit, let Your word be “a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105). Help me trust You to be in charge, for You to be in control. You are Lord, not me. You are leading, not me. May I hear Your voice and follow You (John 10:27). May I “hear a word behind (me), saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ whenever (I) turn to the right hand or whenever I turn to the left” (Isaiah 30:21). Align my day with Your “divine order,” I pray. I trust You and Your ways, now and all my days. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today! Morning by Morning, February 5, 2026 — “My Strength and My Shield”

Morning by Morning, February 5, 2026 — “My Strength and My Shield” Good morning, Lord Jesus. Be high and lifted up here in my heart and in my world. ... “The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him” (Psalm 28:7). You are my Strength within me and my Shield about me. As my strength, You empower me to be courageous. You anoint me to stand firm. You inspire me to boldly live my life grounded in Your Word and filled with Your Spirit. Though apart from You, I can do nothing; but I am never apart from You, always strong in You. That’s part of what it means that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness, that Your grace is sufficient for me (2 Corinthians 12:9). It’s not a weakness of character or power, but a weakness of surrendering my will to Your will, my ways to Your ways, my plans to Your plans, my inabilities to Your abilities. “For when I am weak, then I am strong” (2 Corinthians 12:10). As my shield, You also protect me. You surround me with Your Presence. You send forth Your word and Your angels to guard me (Psalm 91:1-16). “You, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head” (Psalm 3:3). In Your strength and by Your shield, You “quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one” (Ephesians 6:16). Shielded by You, “No weapon formed against (me) shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against (me) in judgment, You shall condemn. The is the heritage of the servants of the Lord” (Isaiah 54:17). Empowered and protected, by Your strength and Your shield, send me forth into my day, filled with a song in my spirit of thanksgiving and praise. My heart greatly rejoices in You. “My heart triumphs” in You and all You do for me (Psalm 28:7 NASB). In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today! Morning by Morning, February 4, 2026 — “Behold the Lamb” Good morning, Lord Jesus. I speak out Your name, open up my heart, and listen for Your leading in my spirit. ... “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (Luke 1:29) As I begin my day, I “Behold the Lamb.” I take time to thank You and praise You for who You are and all You have done for me. For all You are continually doing for me every moment of every day. You have forgiven me of all my sins. You have cleansed me from the inside out. You have freed me from all that would hold me back from being all You created me to be. May I never take You for granted. May I never take Your grace for granted. And may my heart be forever filled with gratitude and my thoughts be forever filled with thanksgiving. Just as I behold You at the beginning of my day, may my attention and focus never lose hold of You through every moment of my day. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today!
