"Then the angel showed me
the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of
God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city. On either side
of the river is the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit each month; and
the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations" (Revelation
22:1-2).
Thank You for Your river of
life. Thank You for Your living waters that flow from Your throne and through
our lives, bringing healing and life to our hearts and our land throughout the
nations of the earth. One day it will flow without measure and without
restriction. But between this day and that one, let it flow in us and flow
through us. This is the water of the Spirit of God (John 7:37-39).
Last night at our healing
service in Voru, Estonia, the river of Your Spirit was flowing freely in our
praises and in our prayers. You were healing spirit, soul, and body. Praise You
for the pastor whose arm as healed and he kept spinning it around like a bicycle
wheel, fast and faster, where he had very limited motion and pain before. Praise
You for the tears that flowed, as burdens of pain and shame were released. And
praise You for the spirit of joy and holy laughter that suddenly and
surprisingly erupted in the hearts of the Baptist ladies in the back corner!
(Psalm 126:2) Lord, let Your river flow in this land and in our hearts
throughout the nations of the earth! In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
