Morning by Morning, February 9 - “New Every Morning”   Good morning, Lord Jesus. Guide my thoughts and lead my heart into all You have for me today. ...   “This I call to mind,  and therefore I have hope:  The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning;  great is Your faithfulness.  ‘The Lord is my portion,’ says my soul,  ‘therefore I will hope in Him.’ The Lord is good to those who wait for Him,  to the soul that seeks Him” (Lamentations 3:21-25).   Your mercies are new every morning. Your steadfast love never ends.   You fill my heart with good things and set my hope on good things yet to come. For You are faithful and You are good. You give me the grace to keep seeking You, to keep trusting You, even to keep waiting on You until You fulfill all that’s in Your heart to pour into my life. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray.
