Morning by Morning, May 5, 2026 — “In All the World as a Witness to All the Nations” Good morning, Lord Jesus. Praying and writing from my room in Pakistan this morning, I seek to begin my day embraced by my Father, centered in Christ, and filled with Your Holy Spirit. ... “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). This gospel is good news. Good news of God’s love. Good news of God’s mercy. God’s news of God’s heart of a good, good Father who wants every soul to be saved, every heart to be changed, every life to be transformed from the inside out into all He created us to be as children of God. And this good news is to be preached in all the world. That every soul in every tribe and tongue and nation shall hear it and hear the heart of God behind it. It’s to be preached in all the world, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). Here in this part of the world where You’ve sent me and in every part of the world where You’re sending Your messengers as witnesses to all the nations with the heart of Your message of mercy and love, may Your love break through with revival breakthrough in their hearts and in their lands in all the world. “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14). In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today!
