Morning by Morning, January 1, 2025 - Prophetic Word for 2025: “Seek Me with All Your Heart” Good morning, Lord Jesus. On this first day of a new year, I put You first in my heart, first in my day, first in my life -- as best as I can and all by Your grace. ... “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). Last night, dear friends gathered with us to pray in the New Year in worship, prayer, and prophetic intercession at our home and ministry home base in Fredericksburg, Texas. Such a beautiful and deep time in the heavy Presence of Your Holy Spirit, where each one shared the different parts of the prophetic picture You were painting for our lives and for this coming year and season of time, as You blended all the parts together. “For we know in part, and we prophesy in part” (1 Corinthians 13:9). I spent the whole day of the last day of the year seeking You to hear my part to share. And this is what came to my heart: “Enter into a deeper place of intimacy with Me. I have prepared the way. You ask Me, ‘How can we know the way?’ Truly I tell you, ‘I AM the Way.’ As you seek Me, you will find the Way.... You ask Me, ‘How then shall we seek You.’ Truly I tell you, ‘Seek Me with all your heart. Not part of your heart. Not half-heartedly, but with all your heart. When you seek Me with all your heart, you fill find Me.... ‘All your heart’ means to set aside all distractions, to set aside all that would take My place and My time—even good things, even what you will consider necessary things, high-priority things—yet none of these things are to have a higher priority than Me; none of these things are to take My place and My time with you.... The more times you make time, the longer times you make time, you will find My time with you is multiplied in both opportunities and in depth of intimacy with Me.... This is the way. Seeking Me passionately, persistently, purposefully, with Me as your priority is the way. For I AM the Way.” ... Yes, Lord. The Scripture of Jeremiah 29 comes to mind to confirm Your Word: “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord ….” (Jeremiah 29:13-14). And Your Word from John 14: “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know. “Thomas said to Him, ‘Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way? Jesus said to him, ‘I AM the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:1-6). As I read and write out these Words of God, I notice the Verses from Jeremiah 29 are right after the Verses speaking of the plans You have for us, beginning at Jeremiah 29:11, as we are praying for Your plans for us, Your vision for us in this New Year: “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord...” (Jeremiah 29:11-14). Yes, Lord. Let it be so. This new year and every year; this new day and every day.
