Morning by Morning, April 16, 2026 — I Lift Up My Eyes to My Help Good morning, Lord Jesus. Take me by the hand and lead me by the heart into all You have for me today—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit of God. ... As I wait for Your leading, the Words of Psalm 121 rise up in my spirit as my prayer today: I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow (my) foot to be moved; He who keeps (me) will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps (me) Shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is (my) keeper; The Lord is (my) shade at (my) right hand. The sun shall not strike (me) by day, Nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve (me) from all evil; He shall preserve (my) soul. The Lord shall preserve (my) going out and (my) coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore (Psalm 121:1-8). Yes, Lord. As I lift up my eyes You, as I open up my heart to You, as I entrust my life to You, You take care of me. You protect me and preserve me. You encourage me and empower me. “My help comes from the Lord,” for You, O Lord, are my Help and You are worthy of all my heart. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today!
