In Your steadfast love,
I am strong. In Your mighty power, I am secure. You embrace the yearnings of my
spirit; You defeat the enemies of my soul. You love me and fight for me; You
always reach out to me and never abandon me. My hope and trust is in
You.
As I begin this new
day, I exalt in Your help; I sing and praise Your power. You are the Most
High-mighty and strong, loving and wise. Like King David, I look to Your leading
and lean into Your loving, praising You for Your power that goes before me and
Your Presence that goes with me, throughout all the moments of my day. In Jesus'
name I pray, Amen.
