“Face-to-Face” - October 6, 2021

 

Morning by Morning, October 6 - “Face-to-Face” Good morning, Lord Jesus. I’m listening for Your leading to begin my day grounded in Your Word and filled with Your Spirit -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit of God. ... “Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are -- face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal Presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of His face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like Him” (2 Corinthians 3:16-18 in The Message Translation). Face to face with You. No veil. No sin. No shame. No regret. Forgiven and free, with nothing between us. What a gift we have! What a Gift You are! As I look to You and welcome You -- here in my heart and every area of my life -- make me more like You today. By the power of Your grace and through the mystery of faith, You make us brighter and more beautiful -- day by day and moment by moment, with Your personally present, living Spirit, living in us and transfiguring us. Help me recognize that Truth and live into that Gift today. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. Be encouraged today! Pakistan Praise Report from This Month's  Outdoor Evangelistic Meeting! Over 300 souls saved! Over 30 people reported healing and freedom through the power of the name of Jesus! Our ministry partners there, Pastor Rizwan and his wife Mehwish, said a man was brought there with great pain and a crooked leg who had not been able to walk for two years who was healed, freed from pain, and walked home praising God! Praise God for His power and love! More Revival Fire in Pakistan! Each month we set up a projector screen in a different unreached village for our outdoor evangelistic outreach. I preach and minister, while Pastor Rizwan Fazal interprets my message and prayer ministry live, then joins with his wife Mehwish and our team for prayer ministry and follow up discipleship.
